Hilary plays a minor part in the archive. We first meet her in the family trip to France and subsequent trips to Hartland. After 1963 she does not appear in the archive. What happened to her? Hilary looks younger than the son and both look University age. Did Hilary go off to University? Why is there no family photos later in the archive? I have conducted research on Friends Re-united where she may have used her maiden name, but to this day she is still a missing piece in the jigsaw.
