The contents of the bag have taken several months to finally go through. They have helped to solve many mysteries, but have also raised many more. We now know the photographers name and the names of his immediate family. We know he lived in Taunton and Edinburgh. We do not know if he is still alive and we do not know the whereabouts of his son and daughter. What is the Leeds and Huddersfield connection? We can still only speculate. Was the bag containing the work, as Ray from the Taunton camera club believes, stolen? Or, as I believe, sold in a house clearance? The story of the bag's journey would be an interesting one. Unfortunately I now only have the archive, as the bag has continued its journey.
